In this new and exciting 6-week class, you and your dog will learn fundamentals for participating in some of the most popular dog sports. Throughout the course, you’ll learn the skills needed for agility, obedience, rally, nose work, tricks, and fitness. Foundational skills include shaping, luring, targeting, and putting it all together to introduce new equipment and behaviors. Your dog will grow in confidence and enjoy these mental and physical activities.

Some of the skills you'll work on:
- Agility: Guide your dog through an obstacle course, including hurdles, tunnels, and weave poles.
- Nose work: Encourage your dog to hone their sense of smell as they seek out and communicate different scents.
- Canine Fitness: Improve your dog's physical health with exercises to promote strength and endurance.
- And more!
This six-week class will meet on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm, beginning on Tuesday August 13th.
Location: Champaign County Humane Society, 4003 Kearns Drive, Champaign, IL.
Prerequisite: Open to dogs 6 months and older who have previously taken a group class. Dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs, walk well on a leash, and be up-to-date on vaccinations.
