In 1998, with a lead gift of $40,000, Queenie Mills, Ph.D., established the Queenie Mills Endowment Fund with a dual purpose: to provide for the creatoin of a memorial garden, where people could honor the memory of their beloved pets, and to fund the future operations and capital improvements at CCHS. The Queenie Mills Memorial Wall brings Queenie's vision to life.
A woman of tremendous vision and great compassion, Queenie Mills played a major role in shaping our humane society into what it is today.
For your gift of $500 or $750, a custom-engraved granite plaque honoring a furry, scaly, or feathered friend will be installed on the Queenie Mills Memorial Wall, and the funds will support the programs and services of CCHS.
